These are generally made of heavy paper or light card and sometimes have a layer of plastic.
Where?
They can be reused over and over and when no longer fit for purpose disposed of in the household bin system.
If they are a simple paper or plastic then they can be placed in the household recycling bin. However, materials with glitter and embellishments like ribbons are unrecyclable and should be placed in the household general waste bin.

If possible pull any ribbons off gift bags before placing in the recycling bin.
